Today I’m joined by Christine Loera, a Story Producer on an infamous (and for the purposes of our interview, anonymous) reality dating show to discuss dating on-screen vs. IRL. We dissect the persona and the traits that correlate to success on reality TV, and contemplate the feasibility of falling in love over the span of a few weeks. Christine opens up about how her job has impacted her own dating life for the positive (by providing an unexpected opening to come out to her parents) and the negative (through setting unrealistic expectations for relationship progress).
